Salam and good day to everyone,
Hope that all of you are doing good and are keeping up with assignments and
other workloads. Mr Ezidy will be coming to Melbourne and Monash next Monday,
8th of October till Wednesday, 10th of October to meet up with
students and university representatives. To those who would like to meet him
personally to discuss issues, there is a time slot available from 4.30pm to
5.30pm and please email us directly and we will arrange a schedule for you. If
you are unable to meet him on Monday, Tuesday will also be available from 8.00
am till 2.00pm. Later that evening, (Monday, 8th of October) we will
have a Majlis Iftar and Terawih at Malaysian Hall.
5.45pm Arrival of Mr Ezidy and all students
Mr Ezidy to have conversations with students\
6.30pm Break fasting
6.45pm Maghrib Prayers
6.55pm Break fasting continues (buffet)
7.50pm Isyak prayers and terawih
9.00pm Majlis ends
This means that everyone's food for the day will be sent to
Malaysian Hall because Kak Jie will be the caterer on that day. Please inform
the committee (Zafril for Monash) if you are unable to make it. Please note
that those will only valid reasons and proof will be considered.
As for Monash people, Abg Din will provide you with the food for that day and Im not sure how the arrangements will be like, please refer to Zafril on this matter. As for Melbourne people, delivery will not be available but we can pack the food for you and can ask your friends to bring it back.
